"The Whitehead student hostels will provide over 2,000 bed-spaces for both post and undergrad students for one of the top universities in Hong Kong.
As a nurturing ground where students can explore their aspirations and potentials, this large scale hostel and learning complex is unfolded by an articulating carpet of lawn green, beneath which is a surge of both academic and extracurricular activity rooms, juxtaposed by a progression from intimate to more formal function spaces, both semi-enclosed or uncovered, promoting a notion of park-like campus, and the love of life-long learning."
